3.1Unless specifically indicated, all third party intellectual property referred to in this Statement is open-source and licenced for use by the Website in accordance with the GNU General Public Licence, version 2.

5.1The Website uses a custom WordPress theme named timotemp. This theme is created by the Author, with fundamental source codes from Underscores.

11.1This Statement is made in the English and Russian languages and may be additionally published in other languages. In case of any discrepancy between the texts of this Statement in any two languages: (a) if the Applicable Law is the laws of the Russian Federation, the Russian text shall prevail; or (b) if the Applicable Law is not the laws of the Russian Federation, the English text shall prevail.
